In accordance with the principle of "everyone accepts supervision and everyone participates in supervision", the state should implement unified supervision of all citizens, especially the family background, asset status, reputation and other information of special groups, and publicize it to the society according to law, and eliminate the problem of lack of integrity with a strong reputation network system.

National defense science and technology

To achieve Chinese-style modernization will surely lead to a peaceful and secure China. We must do everything for the people and rely on them to strengthen the mass foundation for national security. Strengthening the national defense strength with defense science and technology as the core is the need for a strong military and a strong country, and it is also the hard power for the security of the country and the prosperity of the people. China's recycling economy needs urgent and broad space. On the one hand, the demand for resources and energy will continue to grow rigidly, and the pressure of resource security will be great. On the other hand, the annual production of tens of billions of tons of industrial solid waste, and there are 60 billion tons of historical accumulation, these solid waste contains a large number of recyclable resources, but due to the lack of or even artificial obstruction of advanced technology application, the comprehensive utilization rate is low.

Through more than 20 years of efforts, I have successfully researched and developed the core technology of circular economy, which is pioneered in China and advanced in the world, broken through the traditional international technology, and realized "treating waste with waste, turning waste into treasure, and comprehensive utilization of resources". The technology is suitable for all kinds of industrial furnaces, using steel slag and fly ash as absorbers to effectively treat waste gas; The by-product is made into soil binder by advanced technology treatment, which can be used for the treatment and transformation of saline-alkali sand wasteland and tailings. The acceleration of the application of this technology will certainly realize the comprehensive elimination of industrial solid waste, the conversion of saline-alkali land into good farmland, and the transformation of desert into oasis. It has great and far-reaching significance for industrial transformation and upgrading, solving labor and employment problems, increasing cultivated land area, ensuring food security, satisfying industrial land use, improving ecological environment, and protecting human health.

4. Life Sciences

Due to the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment, the earth has appeared "three highs" : the excessive exploitation of hot springs has led to the melting of glaciers in the North and South Poles, rising temperatures, high incidence of earthquakes, and increasing frequency of volcanic eruptions. Coupled with the epidemic of viruses and living habits and other reasons, human diseases, especially malignant diseases, occur frequently and increase year by year.

The fundamental treatment of human diseases will depend on the life sciences to solve. In particular, the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine technology is playing an increasingly important role in enhancing people's health protection. China's life science industry is in the stage of accelerating development, the future is expected to continue to maintain rapid development trend, usher in broader prospects for development, will become an important area of national economic development.

5. Building a new countryside

China's new rural construction involves more than 1/3 of the population, although poverty has been eliminated, but the development is extremely uneven, has become a short board and bottleneck in economic and social development, governments at all levels to support the new rural construction to bear the burden is increasing.

Accelerating the construction of new rural areas has fundamental and basic strategic significance for industrial transformation and upgrading, realizing the large circulation of domestic demand, improving the quality of the population, solving labor employment and realizing common prosperity, and will be the biggest future area of China's economic development.
