With the rapid development of global industrialization, the ecological environment on which human beings live tends to be unbalanced and deteriorating, sounding the alarm of ecological crisis. The fundamental reason is that people's concept and attitude towards nature are unbalanced. For a long time, the author has been adhering to the development concept of "balancing science and technology, returning to nature", combining the idea of recycling with the construction of ecological civilization, and leading the team to develop a series of circular economy technologies of "solid waste utilization - waste gas treatment - by-product transformation of desert land", providing a new technical route and method for ecological balance and mitigation of ecological crisis under the conditions of industrialization.
Global ecological imbalance and frequent ecological disasters, the root of which is the human factor is the initiator
In the past century and more, the science and technology to promote the development of industrialization has been continuously broken through, and the ability of human beings to transform and utilize nature has been greatly enhanced. While creating material civilization, the negative impact of industrialization development has caused serious harm to the ecological environment and sustainable development due to the lack of interests and ecological protection technology.
In recent years, the earth's "three highs", represented by rising temperatures, earthquakes and volcanoes, have caused extreme climates such as drought, rainstorm, dust storm, debris flow, high temperature and cold, and have become increasingly frequent. The increasing intensification of the earth's "three highs" is directly related to the ecological imbalance under the conditions of industrialization, and taking things underground is the culprit, especially excessive hot spring mining. At present, the extensive exploitation of hot springs and other geothermal resources has destroyed the crustal stress field to a certain extent, broken the balance of the earth's internal and external systems, weakened the gravity and coupling force of the earth, and caused many ecological disasters such as global temperature rise, glacier melting, and seawater backpouring, endangering human survival and development.
Unbalanced development under the condition of industrialization has become the main culprit of consuming energy resources and polluting the ecological environment, especially in the process of mineral mining and production of waste gas, waste water, waste residue discharge and accumulation, causing continuous and persistent adverse impact on the ecological environment. Solid waste from industrial development is increasing at an alarming rate. According to statistics, China adds billions of tons of industrial solid waste every year, and the total historical storage exceeds 60 billion tons, of which black steel slag, electric power fly ash, non-ferrous metal slag and so on are becoming the new "three mountains" affecting the ecological environment, which causes secondary pollution to arable land, the environment and human health, and seriously affects the sustainable development of economic society.
The best way to alleviate the ecological crisis is to develop circular economy and take the road of green development. Vigorously develop the circular economy of "solid waste utilization - waste gas treatment - by-product transformation of desert land", and provide ecological technical routes and methods for the world's environmental protection problems
To deal with the ecological crisis, it is urgent to implement the ecological technology of "balance and circulation". All things exist in balance. "Sulfur dioxide escapes from ore smelting, so why can't you catch it with ore residue and absorb it back?" "Where it comes from, let it go." Looking for this "balance and circulation" idea, since the 1990s, the author from the "copper zinc material blast furnace smelting copper zinc separation process" to "DS-low concentration sulfur dioxide flue gas treatment technology" and other series of tests, after decades of efforts, developed the "DS-polyphase reactor" as the core equipment of DS circular economy technology, and there are domestic and foreign invention patents There are more than 60 items in total, forming a complete set of circular economy technical solutions, and exploring a circular economy development road of "treating waste with waste, turning waste into treasure, and comprehensive utilization of resources".
Change the traditional single governance model, accelerate the application of new ecological technology of multi-field industrial chain comprehensive governance, and realize the integration and transformation of industrial civilization and ecological civilization
Industrial solid waste such as steel slag and fly ash, which has a fast growth rate and low comprehensive utilization rate, is used as absorbent to carry out efficient desulfurization, and the by-products generated are applied to the transformation of desertification land to form a multi-field ecological comprehensive treatment. Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Group project is a successful practice model. In 2015, a chemical plant of Baotou Steel Group replaced limestone as a desulfurization agent for flue gas desulfurization treatment, and processed the desulfurization byproducts into "soil adhesive". 300 mu of saline-alkali land in Hongqi Village, Xianfeng Town, Wulat Front Banner, Inner Mongolia was transformed into fertile farmland, and successfully planted alfalfa and other crops, happy harvest. The comprehensive project of "treating waste with waste" not only realizes the ultra-fine emission of waste gas, saves the cost of desulfurization, but also greatly improves the economic income of local farmers, and the comprehensive benefit is remarkable.
The practice model has successfully realized the comprehensive treatment of ecological problems in many fields such as waste gas, waste residue and desertification land, fully practiced the balance cycle of ecological resources of "original resources → production → products → waste → renewable resources", and has become a reproducible and reproducible comprehensive ecological environment management system strategy and circular economy development model, with broad market prospects.
